How it works

  1. Read the clinic siteA script reads the clinic’s public pages and pulls out the text: services, doctor, address, phone, patient reviews.
  2. Build the knowledgeThe text is curated into a knowledge file. Anything the site does not publish — prices, opening hours — is written down as unknown.
  3. The assistant answersEvery question goes to the model with that file and strict rules: answer only from the file, give no medical advice, never guess.
  4. Booking and emailWhen the patient accepts, the request goes to n8n, which sends back a designed email with the appointment, the clinic and a map link.

Why the email says "demonstration"

The clinic and the doctor are real, and everything here came from the clinic’s site with د. خالد السيد’s permission. But the person receiving the email agreed to nothing — and a message saying "your appointment is confirmed" could send someone to a real clinic for an appointment that does not exist. So the email shows exactly what a patient would get, and says what it is. That is also what makes it safe to show any clinic.
